“In observing the city one can find a million moments waiting to be captured. Some present themselves as day-to-day, routine activities while others are brief fleeting instances which cross the cities path temporarily. The latter, I find fixating. By no means do I place more importance on the temporary moment, as enduring moments can be just as rousing to encounter. However, the passing moment has had more of a captivating effect in a setting such as Dubai. Drawing Dubai from life has fuelled more sentience towards the temporary and has supported much of the body of work for “Moments Shared: The Treasured Temporary”.
